This is our build target, not a live test result. Real speed varies by device, connection, and any third-party tools on the site.
What does the performance guarantee actually cover?
A testable launch standard
We aim for 100/100 Lighthouse performance, with high-90s scores and sub-second loading as agreed lab targets. Before work starts, we define the pages, device, connection, and load metric used for testing. You receive the launch report. If our code misses the agreed targets, we fix it at no extra charge.
Core Web Vitals are different
Google’s real-user measures are LCP (main content appears within 2.5 seconds), INP (responses within 200 milliseconds), and CLS (layout shift of 0.1 or less), at the 75th percentile. They aren’t a score out of 100. A new site may not have enough traffic for field data; we review it when available.
Third-party booking widgets, maps, later changes, and slow connections can affect results. We discuss those trade-offs before launch. Search rankings are never guaranteed.

I have worked in web development and IT for more than ten years, including as a technical architect and lead adviser on over 50 large website projects for Fortune 500 companies.
That work taught me what matters: a solid structure, good security, and pages that stay fast. It also showed me what small businesses do not need. Big corporate platforms take whole teams to run. You need a site that simply works.

Is this a good fit for my business?
If people need to find you, understand what you do, and then call, book, or visit, then yes. I work with trades, professional services, hospitality, retail, health and wellness businesses, and community organizations.
What does "$0 down" mean?
There is no upfront design or build fee on the monthly plan. The first $150 payment is due before work starts, and it covers that calendar month.
Do I own my website?
With the one-time build, you own the finished website. With the monthly plan, you license the site while your plan is active, and Nonesuch keeps the source code.
What if I want to cancel my monthly plan?
The length of the term and how to cancel are agreed in writing before we start. Canceling does not transfer ownership of the code.
What does local SEO include?
Clear page titles, useful service and location content, a search-friendly page structure, and consistent business details everywhere they appear.
What counts as unlimited edits and support?
Changes to the content you already have: hours, photos, wording, services, and similar updates. New pages and new features are quoted separately.
Can I see a site on desktop and mobile?
Yes. Open any example in the gallery and use the desktop and mobile toggle.
